The Scratch Text Based Games Forums, or Scratch TBGs, is the predecessor to the tbgs.tk website (which was then moved to tbgforums.com). They were created in 2009, slightly predating the closure of the Miscellaneous forum - a forum on a separate branch of the host system. The Scratch TBGs shut down due to a pending host update on 1 March, 2013. ^{[citation needed]}
